The Florios Mykonos Foundation once again demonstrates its social mission by actively participating in animal protection initiatives in Mykonos. Through an initiative that reflects the values of solidarity and philanthropy, the Foundation joined forces with the local Animal Welfare Organization.
This particular donation includes one thousand kilograms of dry food, intended exclusively for feeding the stray cats living on the island. This generous contribution aims to cover the basic nutritional needs of these animals for a significant period of time.
The founder of the organization, Florios Asimomytis, emphasizes the importance of supporting volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to animal protection. The Foundation recognizes the value of volunteerism and seeks to strengthen such initiatives through practical actions.
This collaboration highlights the power that emerges from the union of different organizations to achieve common goals. Thanks to this support, the Mykonos Animal Welfare organization is strengthened in its mission, ensuring the continuous care and feeding of the island’s stray animals.
